TCL P725 Series 4K HDR Android Smart TVs Specification and Price with built-in Camera in India

TCL Electronics today unveiled its first 2021 TV P725 model. The new TV is said to be the first Android 11 TV in India with a built-in video camera.

The TCL P725 runs on Android 11 and includes Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. The company will start selling only 65-inch TV at Amazon for Rs. 89,990.

TCL is constantly updating itself to provide high quality products to customers. New range of Android TV comes with immersive TV experience with advanced features.

 

Android TV 11

With Android 11, users will be able to access 7,000+ apps. Apps can be downloaded through the Google Play Store. In addition, the TV receives a Chromecast that allows viewing of photos, videos, and music directly from devices.

 

Video Call Camera Installed (Works with Google Duo)

The TV has built-in magnetic video camera. Smart TV supports Google Duo user in video chat, joining online classes.

 

AiPQ Engine

The chipset enables TCL algorithm to process real-time content, detect environment and increase display and audio. Image is organized according to the content; so the company says the oceans will appear blue, and the rain forests will appear greener.

 

MEMC

The TV receives MEMC (Motion Estimation & Motion Compensation) which will help make the image processing smoother. It can move up to 60 frames per second.

 

The newly launched TCL P725 series includes four models. They all include the same set of specs and differ in size only. Therefore, depending on the needs, customers can choose a variation of 43 inches, 50 inches, 55 inches, or 65 inches.

These televisions has the LED backlit LCD panel with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 (4K) pixels and 16: 9 ratio. The display supports up to 60Hz refresh rate, up to 15ms lag input, MEMC, and small dimming. Lastly, the screen incorporates over 75% DCI-P3 color gamut and supports HDR standards such as HDR10 and Dolby Vision.

 

The TCL P725 smart TV series showcases key hardware and premium finish. They are powered by an quad-core processor (not known) paired with a dual core GPU (not known). They are using the Android TV 11 operating system via TCL Channel (a content integration launcher like PatchWall on Xiaomi Mi TVs), Google Assistant (remotely), Google Chromecast, Google Play Store, and all the popular streaming services available in India.

 

The USP (Unique Selling Point) for these televisions is the presence of a camera. The camera can be used for Google Duo video calls and other office work video conferences with family and friends. This camera has a camera shutter and can be closed when not in use.
