How to record Zoom meeting:
Any Person or yourself, who is the host of
the Zoom call can click the record button on the toolbar which can be seen at
the bottom of the call window to start the video recording. If one has opted
for the paid plan, then one can see the option to choose between making a local
recording or a cloud recording.
One can pause or stop the recording anytime,
once the recording starts, by using the buttons,
which one can see at the top of the left hand corner of the screen.
If one chooses the option of local recording,
then that video call gets converted to a MP4 file format. It gets saved on the
PC or laptop as the case may be. The call automatically gets saved and the file
automatically gets open, once the meeting gets over.
If one chooses the option of Cloud recording,
then in that option Zoom will give a pop up message, when the meeting ends. It
says that, it will send a mail with a link, as soon as the recording is ready. The
link is password protected and one can share those link to watch or download
the recording.
