1. Go
to any web browser and login to you Instagram account.
2. Now
at the right hand side of the top corner there is profile picture, click on it.
3. Now
you will see the “Setting” option
click on it.
4.
After clicking on the setting option, at the left hand side click on “Account Center”
5. Now
in Account & Profile section click on Facebook
6. In
the next window you will see “Remove
from Account Center” select it.
7. Now select
on Continue.
After this your instagram account and facebook account will be unlinked-Desktop.

How to unlink or disconnect Instagram from Facebook: Mobile
1. Go
to your Instagram app.
2. At
the bottom click on the profile icon.
3. At
the top of the right hand side you will see three horizontal line, click on it.
4. You
will get the Setting option, tap on
it.
5.
Scroll down little bit and then click on Accounts
Centre.
6. Click
on the accounts and then on Accounts & Profile click on Facebook account.
7. In
the next window you will see “Remove
from Account Center” select it.
8. Now select on Continue.
After this your instagram account and facebook account will be unlinked - Mobile
