1. Press windows button (icon) + R

2. Type temp and press enter or click on ok

3. Press (ctrl) button + (a) button, to select all

4. Then press shift button + delete button, to permanently delete the item

5. Press Yes to delete

6. Then tick the check box “do this for all current items” and click on skip

Note : You can also simply delete the file by pressing delete button for deleting it temporarily and then go to Recycle Bin to delete the file permanently. Instead of deleting the file through shift + delete for deleting it permanently
