Instagram: Sometimes it happens, that, you might accidentally
delete any of your Instagram posts, after deleting the posts or photos you might
have feel, that, you needed those post or photos back, earlier which was not
possible to get it back, but now you have a way to recover them.
Instagram has launched a much awaited recently deleted feature that will
allow instagram users to view and retrieve or recover deleted posts from the
app. The company claims to have added security to help prevent hackers from
hacking your account and deleting posts you have shared. The feature is
downloaded to both Android phones and iPhones in a seamless way, so there's a
chance that not everyone can access this feature yet.
So far, there has been no way to retrieve /
recover deleted Instagram posts / photos, but now you can permanently delete or
restore content to a recently deleted folder. The post or photos, IGTV videos,
reels, and stories which you choose to delete from your feed will now be moved
to the Recently Deleted folder so
you can access your deleted content later on. It is vital to know here that
deleted Instagram stories which are not in the archive will remain in the
folder for up to 24 (twenty Four) hours and after that everything else will be
automatically deleted after 30 days.

Instagram: How to Recover Deleted Posts
This tutorial will guide you on how you can recover
or retrieve or restore your deleted Instagram post.
1.Update your Instagram App
Initially one needs to install the latest
version of Instagram App from Google Play or the App Store.
2.Homepage
Now open the Instagram app, you will be at
homepage and go to your profile, which can be seen at the bottom of the right
hand side, tap on it.
3.Profile Section
After tapping on profile section, you will
see the three horizontal line or hamburger menu at the topmost of the right
corner, tap on it.
4.Settings.
Now after selecting hamburger menu, you will
see lot of other options, but you will need to head to Settings which can be seen at the bottom and tap on it.
5.Account
Now go to Account and tap on it.
6.Recently deleted
Scroll down little bit and tap on recently
deleted. Now you will see the recently deleted content on the screen.
7.Select the Post to delete
Now choose the post you would like to recover
or retrieve, then select the three dotted lines vertically placed.
8.Restore or Delete the Post
Here you can choose to permanently delete or
retrieve the post. Tap Restore to retrieve or recover your deleted post.
9.One Time Password
When returning, you will be first asked to
verify your identity for security reasons. Instagram will send a one-time
password (OTP) on your phone number or email address.
10.Receiving of Code
Now enter the code which you have received on
your mobile phone or email id and then tap on Confirm.
Your deleted Instagram post will be restored to
its original place.
