There’s been news that Facebook is going to acquire minority stake in Reliance Jio. But how Facebook is going to acquire Reliance Jio let us know.

Facebook has incorporated a new company named “Jaadhu Holding LLC. This Company got incorporated in Delware ( US ). It is wholly owned subsidiary of Facebook . It got incorporated on March, 2020. Jaadhu Holding LLC will acquire 9.99 % stake in Reliance jio.

In this way Facebook will acquire 9.99 % stake in Reliance jio.
