How to turn off talkback on Android
Turn off talkback on Android in 3 different ways
TalkBack is a feature that helps visually impaired
users speak out loud when they touch, select, or activate an item.
Option
1: Using the volume key combination
The volume key combination can be used to
turn TalkBack on or off. Use the shortcut when you first turn on your device
and set it up, or after setup.
1. Locate the 2 volume keys on the side of
the device.
2. Press as well as hold both volume keys for
3 or more seconds.
3. To turn TalkBack on or off, press both
volume keys again for 3 or more seconds.
Option
2: Use Google Assistant
Say "Hey Google".
Says "Disable TalkBack" or
"Enable TalkBack".

3: Use Device Settings
If you have low vision or help the visually
impaired, you can navigate the settings to turn TalkBack on or off.
Important! If TalkBack is enabled, double-tap
instead of once to activate it.
1. On your device, open Settings.
2. Scroll down little bit to Additional Settings, tap on it.
3. Select Accessibility, then select TalkBack.
4. Tap on the toggle to turn it on.
5. Finally tap on ok, to activate it.
