Turn off Active status on Instagram in 6 Steps

Step No. 1 : Open your Instagram App.

Step No. 2 :  Tap on the Profile icon which can be seen at the bottom of the right corner.

Step No. 3 : Tap on the Three horizontal line which is at the top of the right hand corner.

Step No. 4 : Now tap on the Settings.

Step No. 5 : After this choose Privacy option.

Step No. 6 : Once you have tapped on Privacy option, now scrolled down little bit you will get the option Activity Status, tap on it.

Step No. 7 : Now you will see the option Show activity status, beside it there is a toggle, tap on it, to turn off (from blue to gray ) the Active status .
