HOW TO CHANGE INSTAGRAM ICON FOR IOS AND ANDROID PHONE:

Instagram icon: You may see people sharing their happiness with this little feature, or you may have been looking for that cool thing to show your family or relatives or friends, about this Instagram feature - yes, it’s an old Instagram icon!

A small yet different feature has been added to the latest version of the Instagram app that allows you to change the Instagram icon you see to launch the Instagram app.

To celebrate 10 years of Instagram, they decided to let you choose from older versions of Instagram Icon, or some kind of bright or vivid colors too.

HOW TO CHANGE INSTAGRAM ICON  ON IOS PHONE

INSTAGRAM

First go to the Instagram app and open it.

PROFILE

Then go to profile which can be seen at the right hand side of the bottom and choose it.

HAMBURGER ICON

Choose the three horizontal lines at the top right of the page

SETTINGS

Popup menu will be displayed, in that, choose Settings in it

PULL DOWN

Now you will need to pull down the page, and there you will see small emoji’s. Keep pulling down, maybe using the second finger might help, however, drag the page down.

HIDDEN ICON

Hidden icon feature will get unlocked.  Congratulations !

Now select the icon you liked, and then tap on OK

When you return to your home screen, the old icon will be replaced by a new "old" icon

It's that simple.

HOW TO CHANGE INSTAGRAM ICON  ON ANDROID PHONE

For Android phones, the process is same, but instead of changing the standard Instagram Icon, it only creates a shortcut on your homescreen of the phone- it's still fine!

Looks good, going back to our old days of Instagram icon.
